Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your DuDiBa subscription at any time from your Billing dashboard or by contacting us at harish@tagna.in.
- Stripe subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your billing page.
- Razorpay subscriptions: Contact us at harish@tagna.in to cancel your Razorpay subscription.
2. Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- After the billing period ends, your workspace will revert to the free/inactive tier. Your data (documents, conversations, settings) will be retained but the widget may stop responding to new queries depending on your plan.
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again from the billing page.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. Contact us at harish@tagna.in with your account email and reason for the refund.
- After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outage, accidental duplicate payment).
- Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of being charged and we will process a refund for the renewal.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to harish@tagna.in with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay).
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with AI response quality after the 7-day window
- Third-party charges not processed through DuDiBa (e.g., your own hosting costs)
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
