1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
2. How DuDiBa Uses Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies, categorized as follows:
2.1 Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
sb-*-auth-token | Supabase authentication session — keeps you logged in | Session / 7 days |
sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier | PKCE code verifier for secure OAuth flows | Session |
2.2 Analytics Cookies
We use Vercel Analytics which collects anonymized, aggregated usage data. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies for tracking individual users. It collects page views and web vital metrics without personally identifiable information.
2.3 Third-Party Cookies
When you interact with Stripe or Razorpay during checkout, these payment providers may set their own cookies as part of the payment process. These are governed by their respective cookie policies:
3. Embedded Widget Cookies
The DuDiBa chat widget embedded on third-party websites does not set any cookies on visitors' browsers. Conversation state is maintained in-memory during the session and on the server side.
4. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are set
- Delete individual or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific or all sites
- Block third-party cookies
Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the DuDiBa dashboard.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
