Data retention
Conversation logs are retained for 90 days for product and support purposes. Training data (your docs and URLs) is stored for as long as your chatbot is active. You can delete content or your account at any time.
Deletion
When you delete content or your account, we purge it from active systems within 30 days, including from backups where technically feasible. No lingering copies for training or other use.
Compliance and privacy
We design for GDPR alignment: data minimization, purpose limitation, and support for access, rectification, and erasure. Our Privacy Policy and subprocessor list are kept up to date. For enterprise, we can discuss DPAs and region-specific requirements.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of subprocessors for hosting, AI inference, and analytics. The current list and their purposes are described in our Privacy Policy. We update the list when we add or change providers.
