These terms govern your use of DuDiBa. We've structured them to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand, so we can focus on building a great product together.

A quick summary of the most important rules of engagement.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the documents you upload. We claim no ownership over your proprietary knowledge base.
You are billed according to the plan you choose. No hidden fees. If you exceed your limits, we won't automatically upgrade you without permission.
Don't use our AI to generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content. Don't attempt to reverse engineer our infrastructure.
You can terminate your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
To access and use the DuDiBa services, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DuDiBa cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
Login credentials may not be shared across multiple individuals. Multi-user access requires the purchase of an appropriate team or enterprise plan.
We built DuDiBa to help companies support their customers. We strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure for malicious, illegal, or highly regulated activities.
Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Free trial accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
We send a friendly email warning when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly message limit. When you hit the limit, the bot falls back to a contact form until the next billing cycle, unless support grants a temporary grace window. We will never automatically charge you for overages without your explicit consent to upgrade.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time from your billing settings.
By submitting content to DuDiBa, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license strictly limited to parsing, storing, and generating embeddings from that content for the sole purpose of operating your chatbot.
No Training Clause: DuDiBa explicitly guarantees that Customer Data will not be used to train, fine-tune, or improve any foundational language models, whether proprietary or third-party.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DuDiBa makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While our RAG architecture minimizes hallucinations, AI is probabilistic. You acknowledge that the AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or hallucinated responses. DuDiBa shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from outputs generated by the chatbot. It is your responsibility to review transcripts and utilize human handoff where appropriate.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DUDIBA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF DUDIBA EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DUDIBA IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
